there are lots of options. Google Analytics should offer insights as well as other tools. There are some limits with Marketo depending on how you code it.

1. CSS use is from the master's LP, the purpose of using Marketo is to have the code streamlined from a master so I was thinking of optimization from a central location.
2. JS from marketo is sort of slowing down the load time, what control do we have over that?3. dynamic/content/seg: how does that speed it up?
Using dynamic content will slow it down.
You can code your page however you want. Depends what you can remove.
